I received a damaged article. What do I do?

In the unfortunate case this happens, contact us immediately (7 days after delivery at the latest) at
Mention your order-number and -date, the article-code and name, and specify the nature of the damage.
Include a clear photograph showing the damage.
We will take it from there.
