Description

To use the mold, stretch paper tape across its backside, lay it on a flat and surface, place a ball of airdrying clay upon it, and work it into the cavities.
Drag/scrape a straight and firm plastic spatula (or the edge of another mold) across the surface, skimming off the surplus material. Leave to dry, remove the paper tape, then push out the individual bricks using a blunt stick (like the reverse end of a brush). Warning: do NOT bend the mold. It is acrylate, not silicon. You will break it.

To get rid of any sharp edges - and make your bricks look more realistic - rub small amounts of them together gently between the palms of your hands, softening their edges.

You can colour your clay by working in pigments before pressing it into the mold, or paint it after drying.

<p>A factory-style window, lasercut from a single plate of silkboard, featuring twin lower parts that can be depicted closed, as supplied - or cut loose and glued in opened positions.<br /> <br /> Includes 2 sheets of 0,3 mm thin acetate:<br /> one featuring the window's outline, to mount as a solid sheet to the windowframe's back,<br /> and one featuring lasercut windowpanes in the exact corresponding positions as the window's panes.<br /> <br /> You can either glue this sheet as one piece to the back of the window, or cut all panes loose and glue them separately in all openings (leaving you options to paint, matte, whitewash or depict them as shattered or even missing).<br /> <br /> For best results, use sparingly applied PVA-glue.<br /> <br /> Plate dimensions:115 x 65 mm.<br /> Plate thickness: 1,5 mm.<br /> Window's dimensions: 85 x 50 mm.<br /> <br /> Design © : Yenmodels 2018.</p>
