If you are not happy with an item, you can return it to us within 2 weeks after your having received it, and we will reimburse you.
Contact us at email@example.com, specifying your order-number and -date, the product-code and -name, your customer details, the date you received it - and an actual photograph of the item.
The item has to be in the same condition you received it in (un-used/un-damaged), include packaging and instructions.
The shipping costs to return it are to be paid by you yourself.
