Description

This special offer comprises all 5 of our acrylic brick- and tile molds for airdrying clay:

*M35001 Brick Mold
*M35002 Square Tile Mold
*M35003 HexTiles Mold
*M35004 Dogbone Tile Mold
and *M35005 Wave Tile Mold -

for €65,00 (if bought separately, 5 x 15 = €75,00, so: €5,00 off).

To use a mold, stretch paper tape across its backside, lay it on a flat and surface, place a ball of airdrying clay upon it, and work it into the cavities.
Do NOT use plaster, putty or resin. These are impossible to remove from the mold once dry. You need the minimal shrinkage of airdrying clay.

Drag/scrape a straight and firm plastic spatula (or the edge of another mold) across the surface, skimming off the surplus material. Leave to dry, remove the paper tape, then push out the individual bricks using a blunt stick (like the reverse end of a brush).

Warning: do NOT bend the mold. It is acrylate, not silicon. You will break it.

To get rid of any sharp edges - and make your bricks look more realistic - rub small amounts of them together gently between the palms of your hands, softening their edges.

You can colour your clay/putty by working in pigments before pressing it into the mold, or paint it after drying.

Yenmodels' products are very refined pieces, to obtain a high quality detail. Ideal for a fanatic of dioramas like me."
A webshop with a great service and some highly detailed products that you don't see every day. I can't recommend Yenmodels enough.
"I have become a fan of Yenmodels' laser kits: very finely cut products, with a minimum of laser-burn marks. I also found, that (unlike other laser products I have purchased) they take glue and paint beautifully."
"I would characterize LSG-kits as being "triple E'": Easy to build - the right amount of parts even on their bigger kits; Easy to get - great customer service: safe and fast, and Easy to enjoy: my wheelbarrow was built during one very relaxing evening (and painted during another), and still is eyecandy to me."
