In the rare case you should find a defect in the products you ordered upon delivery, you are of course entitled to repair or replacement (to the extent that the requirements of legal warranty are satisfied: you must send us a written complaint stating the defect together with a photograph of the product, and include the corresponding order invoice or proof of payment).
The statutory warranty period, as provided in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Belgian Civil Code, is fully applicable to this agreement. You should contact us at email@example.com within 7 days after the delivery of your product.
